We pride ourselves on supplying hand picked accommodation of the highest standards and do our best to match you with a family with similar interests and hobbies

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM FACILITIES

Bedrooms are comfortable and inviting and there is the option of having your own room (1:1) or sharing with a friend or other student of a different nationality (2:1).

All students have unrestricted use of the main bathroom (an extra nightly charge for a private bathroom is required).
Most bedrooms have a desk and light for studying, but if not we stipulate that there is always one available in the house for your use at any time.  
Fresh sheets are provided on a weekly basis and Laundry facilities are also available at any time free of charge.

DINING ROOM AND MEALS

At Seapoint Homestays UK all our students are provided with three meals a day. Breakfast in a British home usually consists of cereal (muesli, cornflakes etc) and toast with jams etc. Lunch in our country is usually a sandwich or light hot snack.  Dinner is always a substantial meal either hot or cold with a desert or piece of fruit. Hot drinks and soft drinks are available all day.
You will dine every night with your homestay family providing further opportunities for you to practice your English.
